Grade 5 Scholarship Examination to be held today

The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination will be held today (09).

Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari said that all arrangements have been made to conduct this year’s Scholarship Examination, which will commence at 9.30 am today.

Accordingly, the second question paper will be held from 9.30 am to 10.45 am, for a duration of one hour and 15 minutes, followed by a short break from 10.45 am to 11.15 am.

She said the first question paper will then be held from 11.15 am to 12.15 pm for one hour.

A total of 294,089 candidates will sit this year’s Grade 5 Scholarship Examination at 2,723 examination centres. Of the total number of candidates, 220,366 will sit the examination in the Sinhala medium, while 73,723 will sit it in the Tamil medium.
