Keerthi Pandian and Arun Pandian Join Forces in Thrilling Drama ‘Akkenam’

In an exciting development for Tamil cinema, Keerthi Pandian and Arun Pandian are set to headline a thrilling new drama titled “Akkenam.” Directed by debutant Uday K, the film promises a gripping narrative filled with suspense and emotion.

“Akkenam” follows the intertwined stories of three individuals on a quest for revenge. Keerthi Pandian takes on the role of Indira, a cab driver navigating the bustling streets of Chennai. Her character is pivotal to the film’s plot, offering a fresh and dynamic portrayal. Arun Pandian, on the other hand, plays a man driven by vengeance after his release from prison. His intense performance is expected to be a highlight of the movie.

Adding to the intrigue is Adithya Shivpink, the grandson of the late actor Thengai Srinivasan, who plays a central role in this non-linear storyline. The film draws inspiration from real-life incidents, aiming to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

Director Uday K, known for his previous short film “Yakkai Thiri,” brings his unique vision and storytelling skills to “Akkenam.” The film’s technical team, including cinematographer Vignesh Govindarajan and music composer Barath Veeraraghavan, are also making their debut with this project. “Akkenam” is produced with high production values, and part of the film’s background score and three songs were recorded in Budapest, adding an international flair. With a compelling storyline and an impressive cast, the film is poised to be a standout in the thriller genre.
