7-hr. watercut tonight for Wellawatte & Pamankada

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced that the water supply to Wellawatte and Pamankada areas will be temporarily suspended for 07 hours due to essential improvement works under the Greater Colombo Water and Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Programme.

Accordingly, the watercut will be in effect from 10.00pm today (Aug. 06) – 5.00am tomorrow (Aug. 07).

The NWSDB has apologised for the inconvenience caused to consumers and advised residents in the affected areas to use available water sparingly.
