Pakistan women’s cricket team arrives in SL

The Pakistan women’s cricket team has arrived at Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA), Katunayake, last night (July 20).

The team is in Sri Lanka to contest a 03-match One-Day International (ODI) series against the hosts as part of the 2025-2029 ICC Women’s Championship.

The three ODIs will be played on July 23, 25 and 28 at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Sooriyawewa, Hambantota.

Pakistan will also face the Sri Lanka women’s team in a 03-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium on July 31, Aug. 02 and Aug. 04.

Officials from Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) were present at the BIA to welcome the visiting team.
